Fairfield Finds Flea Market
by Wilford's Too
- Fairfield Finds Flea Market will be held every 4th Saturday, at Wilford's Too in Fairfield, IL.

- Show hours are 9am-2pm.
​
- Set up times are as follows: Friday before the event from 12 pm-7pm and Saturday morning from 7am-9am (These times are tentative and could change to meet vendor's needs).
​
- Spaces are 10x10 ($30) or 6x8 ($20).
- Vendors must provide their own tables and display items. No canopies.
​
- Some single 10x10 spaces might be irregular.
​
- Most booths will have access to electricity but not all, so please specify if you need electricity.
- DEADLINE for payment is the SUNDAY before the event by midnight. No exceptions.
- REFUNDS. I will refund prepaid fees with a 10 day notice.
- We accept the following payment options.
- Check, Cash or Card.

- Checks can be made to Wilford's Too and mailed to Wilford's Too, 5 Williamson Dr, Fairfield IL 62837
​
- Cash/Checks can also be dropped off at Wilford's Too 5 Williamson Dr, Fairfield IL 62837 or Wilford Printing 3917 Broadway St. Ste 32, Mt. Vernon IL 62864 (Inside Times Square Mall). You can leave payment with anyone there. They can be trusted.
- Please put it in an envelope with your name on it somewhere so I know who it is from.

- If you want to pay electronically, we will have that option below.

- If you are not paying electronically, please indicate in the form how you will be paying
Spaces will not be held without payment.
- Once your form is received, I will contact you to let you know I received it and confirm that I have a spot for you.
- If you are mailing payment, please don't drop it in the mail until you hear from me. Please remit fees within 10 days of receiving the confirmation email to secure your spot. If you need more time, please just communicate with me.
- There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks.
Booth is ONLY SECURED BY PAYMENT. Deadline to sign up is the Tuesday before the next event.
